We offer free water testing to customers buying chemicals and experiencing water problems.
Particularly useful if there are difficulties balancing the water or where a domestic test kit cannot check for calcium hardness or other elements.
Low calcium hardness in outdoor pools due to rainwater dilution will damage tiling grout, will loosen tiles and suck out all the lime in the cement that the pool structure is made of. This in turn will make it porous and weak, undermining the structure itself but also allowing elements in the ground to permeate into the pool water. Unexpected staining in areas of tiling can occur as well as pool water balance problems.
