The exclusive hydrotherapy action created in all Clearwater Spas is a mixture of warm air blended with a balanced warm water flow. This Clearwater Whisper Flow Technology begins from a full frame pump designed to deliver high volumes of water while reducing the noise associated with other brands. An exclusive manifold plumbing design guarantees an even distribution of water to each therapy jet. Warm air is introduced to the water stream as air from the heated interior of the spa cabinet is pulled through an adjustable valve you can control yourself into the water flow at the hydrotherapy jet. The result? The most stimulating hydro massage you can imagine, and only from Clearwater Spas.

Dura Floor
Prevents the 'heat sink' effect that can draw heat away from the spa and into the ground.
The weather-resistant, fully-insulated Dura Floor provides the foundation to lift the spa off the cold ground to further insulate and protect the spa from moisture, bugs, heat loss and other negative influences. Clearwater Spas takes pride in using 100% recycled ABS to fabricate our Dura Floors on all of its spas.

Clearwater Spas was the first company to produce an ecologically sound product, and all of our spas are produced without fibreglass resin and other destructive agents. Their durable layered system of ABS backed acrylic, combined with the environmentally friendly acrylobond process and metal supported footwell areas, make one of the strongest spa shells in the industry.
Acrylobond®, An Environmentally Friendly Alternative
Developed specifically to provide a solution to the Styrene problem in the spa and bath industry. Here are some of the benefits of using Acrylobond® material process:
- Adhesion outperforms polyester resin to reduce potential delamination.
- Reduces labour hours required for shell production.
- Eliminates potential limits on production due to environmental regulations.
- Eliminates glass roll out and potential voids in the shell system.
- Eliminates Styrene, a hazardous air pollutant, from the manufacturing process.
- Eliminates Styrene odor.
- Reduces shell weight.
PVC Pillar Supports Won’t Rot, Mold, Rust Or Let You Down
Clearwater Spas uses a PVC pillar support system which will not rot, mold, rust or otherwise breakdown like other manufacturers that use wooden or steel supports. Many other manufacturers fill the entire skirt interior with low density foam which can deteriorate and attract unwanted rodents to its warm and moist environment. Clearwater Spas PVC pillar support system, combined with the RTB insulation and Durafloor, will give you a lifetime of structural support unmatched by most others.
