We do not stock Liquid Chlorine as in an unstabilised form it is unsuitable for outdoor pools other than commercial dosing station situations.
Liquid Chlorine has a short shelf life and the chlorine amount at manufacture could be halved by the time it reaches the customer. Cyanuric acid is required to stabilise the chlorine without which sunlight quickly kills chlorine and its benefits. Liquid chlorine will also send pool pH high therefore the economy of price is offset by other chemical additives.
Liquid chlorine is often promoted or recommended as rapid stock turnover is required for the product to be effective.
We only stock Chlorine granules and tablets including tablets with other beneficial additives for total pool care. Our containers also weigh less than liquid chlorine..... |
